Resource for pastoral-liturgical material

I have come across this website: www.Qumran2.net which I think is very helpful for teachers as a resource for pastoral-liturgical material. In it one can find pictures, videos, games etc. – very helpful material for lesson resources. It is in Italian but very rich in materials.

Many thanks for the wonderful work you have done for the website. Best regards,

Marie Seguna

Redemptoris Missio, tal-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II, bil-Malti.

Is-Segretarjat għal-Lajċi għadu kif poġġa l-enċiklika, REDEMPTORIS MISSIO, tal-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II fil-verżjoni bil-Malti.

Minkejja li kienet publikata fl-1990, il-kontenut ta’ din l-enċiklika għadu ferm attwali għal dan iż-żmien meta l-Knisja tant qed tisħaq dwar il-bżonn ta’ Evanġeliżazzjoni Ġdida.

Fir-Redemptoris Missio, il-Papa Ġwanni Pawlu II jagħti lista ta’ karatteristiċi ta’ din l-Evanġeliżazzjoni.  Fosthom jgħid…

  • li din trid tkun Kristo-ċentrika;
  • li hija r-responsabiltà tal-Poplu ta’ Alla kollu;
  • li din mhix biss immirata lejn missjonijiet barranin;
  • li hija indirizzata kemm lejn l-individwi kif ukoll lejn kulturi sħaħ;
  • li din mhix limitata biss għall-preżentazzjoni tal-messaġġ bażiku tal-Evanġelju, imma hija proċess komprensiv ta’ Kristjaniżazzjoni;
  • li din tinħtieġ spiritwalità missjunarja;

L-enċiklika tista’ ssibha kollha bil-Malti, flimkien ma’ enċikliċi oħra mill-paġna tal-LAIKOS…

Religious Education Website Launch

This website aims to serve as a link between all Religious Education teachers in Malta and Gozo, primary and secondary  sectors.  A lot of work has been done to upload this website and more work will be done to keep it updated.  It is our hope that many  teachers, students and parents will visit this site, read information, learn about good practice and share ideas and lesson plans from which all will benefit.
